Getting started

What AllSheets is

Live call sheets, two kinds of accounts, and where everything lives.

AllSheets builds call sheets that stay alive after you send them. Instead of a PDF that goes stale the moment something changes, every recipient gets a personal live link that always shows the latest version. They confirm their call time in a tap, and you watch confirmations land in real time.

Two kinds of accounts

  • Company: for productions. Build call sheets, send them by email and text, invite teammates, use your own branding. $20/month after a 14-day free trial, with 4 seats included.
  • Crew: free forever, for freelancers. Import any call sheet you are sent, refine it in the builder, and keep every sheet in one place. Crew accounts cannot send, and their PDF exports carry an AllSheets watermark.

The three places you will live

  • The dashboard: every project, as a list, grid, or calendar, with send and confirmation status at a glance.
  • The builder: one project, one day at a time. Schedule, people, locations, attachments, and sending all happen here.
  • Settings: your profile, your contact book, teammates and permissions, org-wide default preferences, and billing.
Tip: New here? Settings > Help & Resources has a guided tour that walks the whole flow with a demo project. This guide is the reference version of the same knowledge.

Common questions

Do the people I send call sheets to need accounts?
No. Recipients open a personal live link with no login. Accounts are only for the people who build and send sheets, plus freelancers who want a home for sheets they receive.
Can one person belong to more than one workspace?
Yes. If you hold seats in multiple orgs, the workspace switcher appears in the top bar, including an All Projects view that aggregates every workspace.
