Locations & weather

Addresses, parking, hospitals, and what the forecast pulls in.

Type an address or place name and pick from the suggestions. Search is biased near your existing locations (or your own region on a fresh project), so short queries find the right spot. Each location card holds the display name, full address, parking notes, a location type tag (Set, Basecamp, Crew Parking, Catering, and so on), and its nearest hospital.

• The first location is the day's primary: it drives the weather, sunrise and sunset, and the hospital line on the printed sheet.
• Drag locations to reorder them; make a different one primary by moving it to the top.
• The nearest hospital auto-fills for every location and stays fully editable. Productions with a designated emergency plan can just type over it.
• Company move strips pick their destination from these locations, and adding a new destination from inside a move strip adds it here too.

Weather

Forecasts cover roughly 16 days out and include conditions, temperature, wind, sunrise and sunset. Beyond that horizon you get a seasonal outlook (an amber Outlook card with typical conditions and rain odds), which swaps to the real forecast as the date approaches. Weather refreshes when you change the date or the primary location.
