Sending & live links

Sending call sheets

Email, text, personal links, and watching confirmations land.

The Share menu (at the bottom of the builder's sidebar) sends the sheet. Every recipient gets their own personal link, so the email or text they receive opens their view: their call time up top, and a confirm card greeting them by name.

  • Send to everyone, only people not yet sent, or only people whose call times changed.
  • Choose email, text, or both per send. Texts identify the production and honor STOP.
  • Add a note and it rides along in the message.
  • Preview shows a live sample of the email before you commit (each person's copy carries their own name, call time, and link), and a confirm step makes you eyeball the General Call, first location, and date first.

Individual sends and reminders

The paper plane on a person's row sends just their link. If they have already been sent the sheet but have not confirmed, the same plane opens a reminder with a friendly prefilled nudge.

Watching confirmations

Confirmation circles fill live while the builder is open, and each new confirmation pops a small toast. The dashboard's progress bars aggregate the same numbers per project.

Heads up: Trial accounts can send to 50 recipients per day. Subscribing removes the cap. Sending an imported sheet warns first, since it may be another production's document.

Common questions

Can I unsend a call sheet?
There is no unsend, but the live link always shows the current sheet. Fix the sheet and it is fixed everywhere, instantly. That is the point of live links.
Do recipients see each other's phone numbers?
Crew see the crew list with any contact info you have left visible (per-person eyeball). Client and agency contact info is never shown to recipients.
