Plans, billing & seats
What each plan can do, trials, and how seat billing works.
Two plans. Company is the full product: build, send by email and text, live links, teammates, custom branding, clean PDF exports. Crew is free forever: a personal workspace to import, refine, and keep every call sheet you are sent, with the full builder but no sending and watermarked PDFs.
- Company is $20/month with a 14-day free trial. Trials without a card on file have full features but send to at most 50 recipients per day.
- 4 seats are included (any mix of admins and producers); each additional seat is $10/month. Seats update on your invoice automatically as you invite and remove people.
- Billing lives in Settings > Account & Billing: subscribe, change payment, or open the billing portal.
- If payment fails, sending pauses and the watermark returns until billing is fixed. Your data is never touched.
Tip: Upgrading from Crew to Company keeps everything: same workspace, same projects, sending unlocks. The Upgrade button lives in Settings > Account & Billing.
