Philamedia Call Sheet Notifications

AllSheets, a product of Philamedia (Philadelphia Media Co.), sends SMS notifications to film and video production crew members so they can receive, review, and confirm their call sheets, the daily schedule document for a production day. Messages are strictly transactional notifications about productions the recipient is working on. We never send marketing or promotional texts.

How recipients consent

1. During production onboarding, a crew member provides their mobile number to their production company and agrees in their start paperwork (crew deal memo) to receive production communications, including SMS call-sheet notifications sent via AllSheets.
2. A producer or production coordinator enters that number into AllSheets at getallsheets.com. AllSheets requires the sender to confirm the recipient has agreed to receive SMS call-sheet notifications before texting.
3. The first message identifies Philamedia, links to the recipient's personal call sheet, and includes “Reply STOP to opt out.” Every recipient's call-sheet link includes their own profile, where they can update or remove their mobile number at any time.

Message frequency, rates, and opt-out

• Message frequency varies with the production schedule (typically 1–3 messages per shoot day).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact login@getallsheets.com.
• Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
