Philamedia Call Sheet Notifications

AllSheets, operated by AllSheets LLC (program registered as Philamedia Call Sheet Notifications), sends SMS notifications to film and video production crew members so they can receive, review, and confirm their call sheets, the daily schedule document for a production day. Messages are strictly transactional notifications about productions the recipient is working on. We never send marketing or promotional texts.

How recipients consent

  1. During production onboarding, a crew member provides their mobile number to their production company and agrees in their start paperwork (crew deal memo) to receive production communications, including SMS call-sheet notifications sent via AllSheets.
  2. A producer or production coordinator enters that number into AllSheets at getallsheets.com. AllSheets requires the sender to confirm the recipient has agreed to receive SMS call-sheet notifications before texting.
  3. The first message identifies Philamedia, links to the recipient's personal call sheet, and includes “Reply STOP to opt out.” Every recipient's call-sheet link includes their own profile, where they can update or remove their mobile number at any time.

  • Message frequency varies with the production schedule (typically 1–3 messages per shoot day).
  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Second program

AllSheets Operational Alerts

A separate, much smaller program: operational alert texts sent from a dedicated toll-free number to AllSheets LLC itself. Recipients are administrators of AllSheets LLC who enable the alerts in the company's login-protected administrator console; today that is a single recipient, the company's owner. No customer, crew member, or member of the public can be enrolled in this program.

What these messages are

  • A customer support request is waiting for a human reply.
  • An API credential or signing key is close to expiring.
  • A government filing deadline is approaching.

Strictly transactional notices about the company's own account and obligations. Never marketing, and never about anyone else's data.

How the recipient consents

  1. An administrator signs in to the console at getallsheets.com/admin and opens Health, then Operational alerts.
  2. They enter their own mobile number and tick a consent statement that reads: “I agree to receive operational alert text messages from AllSheets at this number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.” The statement is followed, inside the form, by direct links to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. The number cannot be saved without the consent statement.
  3. From the same screen they can text themselves a test alert on demand. The test message identifies AllSheets and repeats the STOP and HELP instructions.

The opt-in form

The administrator console is login-protected; this screenshot shows the screen reviewers can't reach directly: the administrator enters their own number, agrees to the consent statement above, and can send themselves a test alert.
