Terms & Conditions

Effective date: July 16, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and production tools of AllSheets, a product of Philamedia Co. (“AllSheets,” “Philamedia,” “we,” “us,” “our”) (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

2. The Services

AllSheets provides production-management tools that let productions create and share call sheets and send scheduling notifications to cast and crew. The Services also include an optional crew network, described in section 6. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts and access

Some features require an account or an access link. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and personal access links confidential and for all activity under your account or link. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services unlawfully or to send unlawful, harassing, or infringing content;
  • upload information about others without authorization to do so;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Services;
  • use the Services to send unsolicited marketing or spam.

5. Messaging Program Terms (SMS)

  • Program name: Philamedia Call Sheet Notifications.
  • Description:When you provide your mobile number to a production using the AllSheets Services, you consent to receive recurring transactional text messages related to that production — including your personal call-sheet link, call times, location and schedule details, and changes/updates.
  • SMS notifications: message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
  • To opt out:Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You may receive a final confirmation that you’ve been unsubscribed.
  • For help: Reply HELP, or contact us at support@getallsheets.com.

Carriers and mobile operators are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. These messages are operational/transactional, not marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information; mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties. Full program details: getallsheets.com/sms.

6. User content and production data

Productions and users submit content such as schedules, locations, contact details, photos, and notes (“Content”). As between you and AllSheets, you retain ownership of your Content. You grant AllSheets a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Content solely to operate and provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and any necessary consents to submit Content, including others’ contact information. This applies to photos of people: if you add a picture of someone to your contacts or call sheets, you are responsible for having their permission to use it — and if that person sets their own picture on AllSheets, theirs replaces the one you added.

6.1 The AllSheets Network (optional)

You may choose to list yourself in the AllSheets crew network. Listing is off unless you turn it on, you decide what to publish, and you can turn it off at any time. What you publish is your Content under section 6, and you are responsible for its accuracy — don’t claim roles, credits, or work that aren’t yours, and only link to work you have the right to share. Profiles are visible only to signed-in AllSheets accounts, never to the public. Listings are not an endorsement, verification, or vetting of anyone by AllSheets, and any engagement you enter into with someone you find through the network is strictly between you and them. Don’t use the network to send unsolicited marketing, to scrape or harvest profiles, or to contact people for anything other than genuine production work. Contact information shared with you through the network (for example, when you add someone to your contacts) may be used only to engage them for production work — never resold, shared onward, or added to marketing lists. We may remove a listing or withdraw access to the network for any of the above.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, and branding, are owned by Philamedia Co. or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services without our permission.

8. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers (for example, messaging, email, hosting, storage, mapping/weather, and AI processing). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and privacy practices govern your use of them.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages or notifications will always be delivered. Call sheet information is provided for convenience; verify critical details independently.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHILAMEDIA AND ITS PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Philamedia Co. harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania for any disputes.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
